One of a selection of images that used to be printed on the back of matchboxes - back when smoking and matches and art as part of the day-to-day ordinary things were still trending. Not much information about the artist or company responsible for issuing these boxes is known. This was originally published as an advertisement piece for the Tire Shop Lida, which sold Inoue rubber tires. The shop was located in Hagimachi, Matsumoto.
